K&M were engaged with this new client to complete a block of 5 industrial units, under approx. 1300 sq m of floor area. With a very detailed specification to match existing buildings on the same plot, K&M worked with the main contractor to complete their sub contract with out of sequence work and staggered durations to assist other trades, therefore maintaining the overall work programme. The client is very pleased with the overall finish.
