As with all educational establishments, keeping facilities updated is an important part of attracting new students. The addition of this new motor vehicle building creates that opportunity for this local college. Logistically due to the nature of the site, this 1200 sq m, 100 t frame was delivered and erected without any disruption of the day to day running of the college. Even with reduced working room and the close proximity of surrounding buildings, the sequence of erection implemented by K&M meant time lost on the project due to inclement weather was regained by effective use of time and resources, allowing the main contractor to draw forward other trades and keep on schedule.
